Why Payments Are Non-Refundable
MansaKunda provides instant digital value:
- Instant digital access
- Digital wallet credits
- Creator monetization tools
- Real-time services
Once a transaction is processed, digital value is immediately delivered, making reversal impractical.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Proven technical errors
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
⏱ All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Payment Processor Responsibility
Payments are processed through third-party providers. The Internet Village Limited is not responsible for:
- • Banking delays
- • Currency conversion differences
- • Payment gateway errors
Chargebacks
Users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts permanently suspended.
